Contudo, os dois outros candidatos – a ETE (Empresa de Tráfego e Estiva) e a Sogestão – interpuseram um recurso e agora o Tribunal Central e Administrativo do Norte decidiu rejeitar o pedido de readmissão provisória. Apesar de ainda decorrer a acção principal, a decisão dos tribunais pode chegar já depois do concurso, agora em fase de negociações, estar concluído.
